We do not offer returns or changes, but if there is something wrong with your order please let us know by contacting us at vlad3shop@gmail.com.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds only in case of defective or damaged items. If you have received a defective or damaged product contact us at vlad3shop@gmail.com attaching the photos.
Can I change an item with a different size/color?
We’re not offering that option at the moment. If you are not sure about the size, check our size guide, we have one for each item in the product description section. It can happen, even if rarely, that an article has a wrong label. If so, you can notify us by writing to vlad3shop@gmail.com within one week of receiving your order. Include the order number and the photos of the item with the wrong label and we will exchange it or issue a refund.
