DELIVERY
When will I receive my order?
Normally it takes 3-7 business days to manage an order, then we proceed with the shipment. Delivery times depend on location, an approximation has been presented in the table below:
● USA: 3-4 working days
● Europe: 6-8 working days
● Australia: 2-14 working days
● Japan: 4-8 working days
● International: 10-20 working days

Our management times, for all products, may be longer than usual and even increase until the situation returns to normal. We are witnessing a delays throughout our supply chain, including distributors and couriers. It is difficult to predict delivery times. Keep an eye on our production times and add extra time for shipping.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with an on-demand order management company with facilities around the world.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
A customs duty may be applied to international orders. Taxes, however, are not under our control and vary for each country, so check directly with the local customs office to verify if they apply duties and taxes.
My order should have arrived, but it is delayed. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please check the following:
● check the shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address;
● inquire at the local post office;
● ask your neighbors if the courier left the package at one of them. If the address was correct and the courier did not leave the package at either a post office or a neighbor, please write to vlad3shop@gmail.com indicating the order number. If you have encountered an error in the delivery address we can send you a replacement order, but it will be at your expense.

How are the products made?
We work with an on-demand print drop-shipper. They have locations around the world, so depending on the delivery address. Your orders are printed and shipped by the facility that can handle them in the most efficient and fast way.
How can I trace my order?
You will receive a tracking link when your order is shipped. For any questions write to vlad3shop@gmail.com
I received a defective/damaged product, what should I do?
We are really sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us solve the problem quickly write us at vlad3shop@gmail.com within a few weeks with the product photos, the order number and any other details that may be useful to us. We will answer you as soon as possible to find a solution!
